Plot[ edit ] The film opens with a creepy castle in Hollywood : Victor Gaghan, an evil scientist, is creating his S Club clones and chanting the words "S Club, S Club, S Club" and as he says this he is joined by fans awaiting the group as they arrive in Barcelona, Spain for their last show of their tour. After spending the day promoting and performing, the group gets excited about having some time off. Their manager, Alistair however shoots down their joy informing them that they will be leaving for Los Angeles at seven in the morning the next day. At the hotel, the S Club members ignore Alistair and after they get into their room, Alistair is attacked by the scientist's assistant Susan Sealove. The next morning, the members of S Club awaken to find Alistair gone having been left with his bill.

The eight-piece band — later called, er, S Club 8 — were a spin-off the grown-up S Club 7, and had six top ten hits in the early noughties don't pretend you can't remember the words to One Step Closer. Two of the group went on to join one of the UK's most successful girl bands, but what about the rest of the tween icons? After leaving the group, Frankie went on to date McFly's Dougie Poynter for several years, before hitting the big time with The Saturdays. The singer is married to footballer Wayne Bridge, has two children and was a finalist in last year's Strictly. After hitting the charts with her new girl band, the singer married JLS' Marvin Humes in and welcomed a baby girl the following year.
